Based on our approach, we are organizing a face to face meeting with team to be managed by our accredited Project Managers. The objective of this meeting is to insure proper business communication between the remote manager the the project team members as well as the Project Board.

As per capacity, we can manage the project with a maximum of 15 project members. This limits us to the smaller, however, not necessarily less complex projects with demanding deadlines. The lead and the members are connected via propriety communicatio systems and a specially installed direct telephone line to the customer, if needed. This insures digital voice communication, video conferencing, application sharing etc.

The Project Manager lead will have on-site trips 2-4 times during the project to ensure the reported progress corresponds to the plan. This will allow your company to save major costs and ensure a clear and professional execution of your project.
